At REMY Atelier, we focus on understanding our clients, the way they like to dress, and the gaps they're looking to fill in their wardrobe. We've spent years refining our range alongside some of the best makers in the world and whether you're after formal suiting, eveningwear, lighter casual jacketing or outerwear, we have options that work with any wardrobe.
STEP 1: BOOK A CONSULTATION
Everything begins with a conversation. Book an appointment and we'll talk through what you're after, how it sits in your wardrobe, and the options available. We hold hundreds of cloths from some of the finest mills in Italy, England and Japan and offer a variety of styles and silhouettes.
We allow between thirty minutes and an hour for a consultation and there is no obligation to place an order.
STEP 2: FITTING
Your fitting appointment begins with final fabric selection, design options and finishings. There's plenty to choose from, and our showroom has a good range of examples to look at, try on, and use as a guide to how your finished garment might look. Once those decisions are made, one of our fitters works through a thorough measuring process to build a fit profile that's unique to you.
We allow one hour for a fitting, and new clients are welcome to start here if they're ready to proceed with an order.
STEP 3: REVIEW
Around four to six weeks after your initial fitting, your garments are ready to try on, and we'll book time for you to come into the showroom for a second fitting. Here we'll assess the fit and note any alterations needed. Alterations are then completed locally, and we'll also update your fit profile in our system so future orders are even easier and quicker.
This appointment usually takes around thirty minutes.
STEP 4: COLLECTION
Alterations are usually completed in under a week. Your clothes will then be ready for one final try-on, where our fitters check everything is right before you take them home.

REORDERING
Once we have a fit profile for you on our system, reordering is simple and quick. We use your existing garments to check whether anything about your profile needs adjusting and after that, it's just a matter of choosing fabric and design.
Made to Measure FAQs
What is your typical turnaround time?
Around four to six weeks from your first fitting to trying on the finished garment, and alterations, if required, are usually completed in under a week. If you're working to a deadline like a wedding or an event, just let us know early and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
What happens at a fitting, and how many should I expect?
Most orders involve three fittings. The first is where it all happens: we guide you through cloth, design and finishings, then take a full set of measurements to build your fit profile. That appointment runs thirty minutes to an hour. Around four to six weeks later, you come in for a second fitting to try the garment on and we'll make note of any adjustments required; this usually takes about thirty minutes. Once any alterations are done, there's a final fitting to check everything sits exactly as it should before you take it home.
How does fabric and design selection work?
Cloth and design are chosen together at your first fitting. We'll walk you through the options such as lapels, buttons, linings and pockets. The showroom has a good range of samples to look at, try on, and use as a guide to how your finished garment might look. If you know exactly what you want, we'll move quickly; if you need a hand, then we're happy to help.
